Personal training targeted at achieving all of your fitness goals including weight loss, body re-composition, muscle building and overall improving fitness. I have worked with individuals of every fitness level from the stay at home mom to the weekend warrior to members of the tactical community.

Semi-Private Training (up to 4)

Small group personal training that allows multiple clients to workout together at a discounted rate! Customized or group programming options available.

Online Programming

Customized online training program to help you reach your fitness goals! Access provided through TrainHeroic including messaging, easy to follow videos for each exercise, and clear expectations for sets/reps.

Athlete Small Group Training for (2-4)

Small group training for athletes of all sports focused on improving strength, developing power and speed and building on current sports conditioning. Options included 1-2x a week training sessions.

Running Strength

Non-personalized programmed geared towards improving strength for running. Access provided through TrainHeroic.
